• We are not a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, pharmacy or medical practice.
• We do not employ the doctors, surgeons, nurses or clinical staff who provide treatment.
• No doctor-patient relationship is created between you and Nobel Medi Assistance at any stage.

3Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or contacting us on behalf of a patient with that patient's or their guardian's consent, to use our services. 7Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for hospital treatment, including any advance paid to a hospital, are set by that hospital's own policy and are between you and the hospital. Where Nobel Medi Assistance has collected a service fee for coordination, travel arrangements or interpreter support, refund eligibility for that fee depends on the stage of work already completed at the time of cancellation and will be explained to you at the time you engage that service. We recommend confirming cancellation terms in writing before making any payment.

8Travel, Visa and Logistics Assistance

Where we assist with visa invitation letters, appointment scheduling, airport transfers, accommodation referrals or interpreter support, this assistance is a coordination service only. Visa approval is granted solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority, and we do not guarantee visa issuance, flight availability, accommodation quality, or the performance of any third-party transport, hotel or interpreter service we refer you to.

9Independent Hospitals and Doctors

The hospitals and doctors featured on this Website are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents or subsidiaries of Nobel Medi Assistance, and we do not control, supervise or direct their clinical practice. We select partner hospitals based on accreditation, reputation and track record, and we facilitate introductions, second opinions, scheduling and travel coordination, but the treatment relationship and all clinical responsibility sit between you and the treating hospital and doctor.
