Dr C.P.S. Chauhan

Dr C.P.S. Chauhan is Senior Director of Radiology & Vascular Interventional Radiology at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Sector-128, Noida, with over 29 years of experience in advanced vascular and oncology-related interventions. He is known for his precision in minimally invasive treatments and his strong academic involvement as a DNB teacher for the past 15 years.

He completed his MBBS and his MD in Radiodiagnosis at Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur, followed by advanced training in Interventional Radiology at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow. He holds European Board certification as an Interventional Radiologist (EBIR).

His areas of expertise include peripheral vascular intervention including the aorta, hepatobiliary intervention, and a full range of oncology-related interventions such as tumour embolization and radiofrequency ablation. He performs diagnostic and therapeutic vascular and non-vascular interventions, aortic stent grafting and limb salvage procedures, using ultrasound, CT and fluoroscopy guidance.

Before joining Max Healthcare (formerly Jaypee Hospital, Noida) in 2014, Dr Chauhan served as Head of the Department of Radiology at Yashoda Hospital, Ghaziabad, Director at GMR Centre of MRI & CT Scan, Consultant at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, and Visiting Consultant at St. Stephen's Hospital, North Delhi. He began his career as a Junior Specialist in Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology at St. Stephen's Hospital, following his senior residency at SGPGIMS, Lucknow. He has published numerous research papers and has been an active contributor to national and international workshops and conferences.
