Dr. Yugal Kishore Mishra

Dr. Yugal Kishore Mishra is a highly experienced Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon and currently serves as Chairman of the Manipal Institute of Cardiac Sciences, along with senior clinical leadership responsibilities at Manipal Hospital Dwarka, New Delhi.

With more than four decades of experience in cardiac surgery, Dr. Mishra has developed extensive expertise in complex cardiovascular procedures, minimally invasive cardiac surgery and robotic cardiac surgery. He has performed more than 19,000 open-heart surgeries and has been involved in advancing minimally invasive and robotic approaches to cardiac care.

His areas of clinical expertise include coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repair and replacement, aortic surgery, redo cardiac surgery, heart failure surgery and advanced minimally invasive cardiac procedures. He has also received international training in cardiovascular and minimally invasive surgery.
