Dr. Neeraj Sanduja

Dr. Neeraj Sanduja is Founder and Director of Viaan Eye & Retina Centre, Gurgaon, a dedicated vitreoretinal surgery centre he established after building a distinguished career at several of Delhi NCR's leading eye hospitals. With over 26 years of experience, he has performed more than 20,000 surgeries and specialises in the full range of simple and complex vitreoretinal procedures.

He completed his MBBS and MS in Ophthalmology from PGIMS, Rohtak, followed by a fellowship in Vitreo-Retina from Sankara Nethralaya. He holds FAICO (Retina), FICO (UK), and FRCS from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, UK.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Sanduja was associated with Artemis Health Institute, Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital, Centre for Sight, and spent around 18 years as a vitreoretinal consultant at Paras Hospital, Gurgaon. He currently also serves as Director of Delhi Retina Centre and Senior Vitreoretina Consultant at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon, alongside leading Viaan Eye & Retina Centre.

He has presented more than 200 papers at national and international conferences and meetings. His accolades include the Best Paper Award at the North Zone Ophthalmological Society Annual Conference, the Academic Excellence Award at the Haryana state annual conference, the Best Ophthalmologist Award in Delhi/NCR (2015) presented by the IMA President, and the Global Quality Award 2015 by Times Global for Excellence in Ophthalmic Healthcare.
