He has collaborated with several prestigious institutions, including Apollo Hospital New Delhi, Fortis Hospital, SSKM Hospital Kolkata, and Sir Sunderlal Hospital Varanasi.

He has performed over 700 renal transplants, including complex cases involving multiple vessels, and more than 700 laparoscopic donor nephrectomies. He leads one of the busiest laser units in the region, with over 1,000 laser prostate surgeries and 1,000 retrograde intrarenal surgeries (RIRS) to his credit, alongside more than 20,000 endourological procedures including PCNL, URS, TURP, and TURBT. He has also performed over 500 uro-oncological surgeries, including robotic and laparoscopic radical nephrectomy, radical cystectomy, adrenalectomy, and prostatectomy.
